Gary Ramey was elected to the Legislative Assembly in 2009. Prior to becoming an MLA, he taught high school, university and college for more than 30 years.

Gary is the co-founder and Vice President of Adventus Interactive. He's a member of the Gulf of Maine Institute project and former board member of the Bonny Lea Farm. He has a Ph.D from the University of Alberta, an M.A. from Mount Saint Vincent University and a B.Ed and B.A. from Mount Allison University.

Gary also plays keyboards in the rock band, Twist of Fate.
